Early Bird Registration fees increase after 11:59pm Eastern Time on April 10, 2026.

To reserve your hotel room online, visit this link. PLEASE NOTE: The dates are preset to July 3 – July 5. If you would like to come early or stay longer, be sure to adjust the dates.
To reserve your hotel room by phone, call 613-549-8400 and mention the code NAM to qualify for the special rate.
Any cancellations between now and May 31, 2026 are eligible for a full refund. Cancellations made between June 1 and June 20, 2026 are subject to a 20% nonrefundable fee. All cancellations after June 20th are non-refundable.

Located along the shores of Lake Ontario, the hotel is our central gathering place with easy access to the city’s lakeside and historic downtown.
